Information you provide

Required fields are identified on the request form. Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send payment card numbers, account passwords, identity documents, or sensitive personal details through the form or shop assistant.
Information generated by the website
Our hosting and service providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, timestamps, and error or delivery records. Spam and rate-limit controls also use request information. These records may be associated with an inquiry; they should not be treated as anonymous.
The estimate form stores a random request identifier in your browser tab to help prevent duplicate submissions. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. See our cookie and browser storage notice for details and browser controls.
How we use information
- Review and respond to your inquiry by your chosen contact method.
- Check whether a property visit is within our service area and arrange, change, or cancel an appointment.
- Prepare estimates, clarify material needs, and maintain the related request and communication history.
- Control staff access, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain recoverable records.
- Handle questions, disputes, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Submitting this form requests a response about your project. It does not subscribe you to a marketing email or text list, and the form does not request consent for promotional calls or texts.
Who receives information
Authorized shop staff receive the details needed to handle your request. We use Vercel to host the application, Supabase for request storage and staff authentication, Resend for transactional email, and Google services for business email and the estimates calendar. Their handling of information is governed by the applicable service arrangements and privacy terms. Private recovery copies may also be held with our backup service provider.
New-request notices go to getstarted@topnotchlsc.com, which delivers to the shop administrator. Scheduled-visit details are shared with staff who have access to the business estimates calendar. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where needed to meet legal obligations or address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Shop assistant and external links
The shop assistant answers from built-in shop information in your browser. Messages typed into it are not sent to an external AI service or saved as a conversation for shop staff. If you separately submit a request, call, or email us, that communication is handled as described in this notice.
Directions and review links open Google Maps when you choose to follow them. We do not automatically embed a Google map on these pages. When you open an external service, it handles information under its own privacy policy and your account or browser settings.
Advertising and browser privacy signals
This website has no advertising pixels or retargeting integrations and does not use its request form to build advertising audiences. It does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. External services you choose to open may have different tracking practices. Retention and security
We keep inquiry and appointment records for the time needed to handle the request, related transactions, follow-up, disputes, and legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and its purpose. Removing an active record may not immediately remove copies from recovery backups or records that must be retained for a legal reason. Archiving a record is not the same as deleting it.
Staff access controls and encrypted connections help protect records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you suspect information was sent to the wrong person or accessed without permission.
Privacy requests

Include enough information to locate your inquiry, such as its reference number. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before disclosing or changing records; do not send identity documents unless we have arranged an appropriate verification method with you.
We will review the request and explain relevant limitations, such as records needed for an unresolved transaction or legal obligation. California and other privacy rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances. Nothing in this notice limits rights you have by law.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging material purchases or property estimates. Please do not submit personal information about children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can review and address it.
